This is a Hybrid role the Commercial team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.
Growth Team at Capital on Tap
Youll join the Growth Team reporting to our Lead Commercial Analyst. The teams mission is to drive customer acquisition improve profitability and maximise efficiency. You will also have significant exposure to our Chief Commercial Officer along with other members of Senior Leadership.
What Youll Be Doing
Were looking for a Commercial Manager to help drive our rapid expansion by identifying and executing on high-impact commercial opportunities.
Youll be a hybrid analyst/strategist/operator able to conduct analysis to identify opportunities set these in the context of a broader strategy and then deliver on them.

Interview Process
First round: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)
Second round: 45 minute competencies overview and case study with Team Manager (Video call)
Final round: 45 minute assessment with CCO (In person) with an additional 30 minute interview with another leadership team member of CoT
