Senior Market Intelligence & Customer Insight Analyst (Geneva)
Full time permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights team based in the UK.

The successful applicant will coordinate the collection and communication of Market Intelligence that informs GVA and Agency management of market dynamics and trends with commentary on the potential impact on the business with recommended courses of action for consideration.

They will excel in the collation of a wide variety of secondary data sources to build and communicate a concise picture of the opportunities and risks that current and forecasted market trends offer MSC. They willalsosupport the delivery of commercial results through professional Customer Insight programmes which will include market segmentation customer research customer journey mapping measurement and feedback.

Skills and experience youll bring to us

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in data analysis and segmentation
  • Expertise in customer journey design mapping and measurement
  • Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Proactive confident and self-motivated
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective project support and collaboration

How you will help us and what you can expect

As a truly customer centric thinker you will co-ordinate market intelligence and customer insight programmes across Regions in the following areas:

  • Deliver the collection and interpretation of rounded market intelligence and customer insight from relevant internal and external sources
  • Including implementation and communication of regular management reports and customer satisfaction studies
  • Identify and highlight trends that can be used to inform key business decisions
  • Work closely with other key departments identify customer experience improvements and ensure these changes positively impact on the customer as well as growth and profitability KPIs
  • Coordinate the identification and selection of target market segments and support the delivery of market segment and experience strategies
  • As a member of the Global Marketing Team always live the Brand and make positive contribution to projects / work across the team as required from time-to-time.
  • Contribute towards further embedding of a customer-centric culture across the business
  • Support the Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights Manager in the delivery of the Global Market Intelligence and Customer Insights strategy and function
