We are looking for a sensational Property Lister / Instruction Winner with Estate Agency experience in the Medway area.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generate new instructions through proactive outreach and lead follow-up
• Conduct accurate engaging market appraisals
• Secure new property listings for the agency
• Build strong and lasting relationships with vendors and clients
• Maintain high customer service standards throughout the process
• Actively promote the brand and contribute to business development
• Work to and exceed both individual and office performance targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in estate agency sales and valuations is essential
• Proven success in instruction winning
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
• Personable well-presented and client-focused
• Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated driven and target-oriented
• Knowledge of the Medway property market is a bonus
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
