You will support the Market Intelligence Researcher by conducting data collection preparing research materials analysing qualitative and quantitative data and assisting with the execution of market research projects. The MI Research Assistant provides insights to inform decisions by gathering and interpreting consumer data on market trends competitor analysis and customer preferences. You will report to the Senior Manager - Market Intelligences & Insights.
This role is intended to be a hybrid position working from our London office but we are also open hiring remotely. This person will ideally start in October 2025
You Will:
Collaborate with our teams to understand organisational strategies proposition strategies and other needs and provide research-based insights to guide decision-making
Conduct competitive analysis including growth strategies financials pricing and product strategies marketing and GTM channel approaches market share. Define total addressable market for each Proposition and Programme area and use analysis to provide strategy recommendations.
Collect data by conducting surveys scheduling and conducting interviews with customers and potential customers; Manage focus group sessions and gather data from secondary sources.
Clean and organise collected data perform basic data analysis using statistical software. Identify trends and patterns in the data. Create data visualisations to present findings and use Qualtrics AI capability to analyse survey responses into trends
Use a hybrid work schedule
You Have:
Bachelors degree in Market/Business Intelligence Data Science Economics Market Research Statistics or a related field.
3 years of experience in business intelligence market research data analysis or a related field.
Extensive experience with market research and survey research working on large complex data sets.
