Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Developing and evolving ALDIs global IT retail strategies incl. planning driving and structuring group-wide strategic initiatives
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our departments; leading multiple strategy-related projects and project streams
- Conducting data-driven analyses and developing concepts based on them
- Engaging and aligning with stakeholders at all organisational levels; presenting and discussing results with top management
- Further developing ALDIs in-house consulting capabilities through applying and adapting best practices from top-tier consulting environments
- Acting as a change agent in transformation initiatives
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Masters degree in business IT management economics or a related field (with above-average results)
- Several years of experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house consulting within large corporations
- Proven experience in IT or corporate strategy with strong leadership skills in complex project environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and German
- Highly analytical with a structured and strategic mindset
- Agile adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic fast-paced and cross-functional settings
- Team-oriented with a collaborative proactive approach
Desirable extras.
- Ideally experience within a retail- and/or technology-oriented field
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum SAFe) Lean process optimisation or strategic frameworks are a strong plus
- MBA is a plus
