Job Description
Amplifon is looking for a talentedFinance Business Partner (internally titled Planning and Control Specialist)to join the Financial Team based in Melbourne and directly reporting into the Financial Planning and Control Manager.
The role is key in supporting the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance of the local entity which accounts for over 200 million Euros in turnover.
The role will ensure right control of investments in line with results and support in determining long and short-term financial goals.
You are going to work in a truly fast-paced environment in a business constantly evolving where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and (international) growth opportunities.
What will you be doing
- Analyze Business Activities and Financial results
- Prepare Management reporting to local Leadership Team.
- Prepare monthly reporting to Corporate Functions.
- Support the preparation of the 3Years Strategic Plan and the monthly forecast
- Report Opex and Capex investment comparing with targets
- Review with area Directors the results and forecast.
- Prepare indirect costs saving tracking
- Financial support and Analysis on M&A activities
- Provide advice on Business improvement and Support Management decision by thorough analysis.
What you will need
- University degree (with preference to Economics)
- 5 years of experience in Planning & Control function
- Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment

- Fluent English language
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Planning organization and coordination skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
