Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Milton Florida.
Nestled in the Florida Panhandle Milton is a charming small town known for its rich history Southern hospitality and beautiful natural surroundingsincluding Blackwater River State Park. This position is with a growing mission-driven health center that prides itself on providing inclusive high-quality care to all patients.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $210000 to $230000 depending on experience
- Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
- Quarterly productivity bonuses approx. $3600/year
- Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

- 17 days of accrued PTO annually 10 paid holidays
- CME: $2500 annually 5 days off

- Part-time positions eligible for student loan repayment (30 hrs/week minimum)
Responsibilities
- Outpatient setting MondayFriday (open to 4-day work week)
- Flexible schedule: 35 days/week (30 hours/week for benefits)
- 1820 patients per day on average with daily 40-minute admin time
- 1520 minutes per patient visit
- Diverse patient population (predominantly African American)
- Reports to Director of Family Practice and CMO for clinical concerns
- Uses eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR
- Shared call rotation rare after-hours needs (nurse line & answering service support)
Requirements
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Required)
- Clear and active Florida medical license
