Job Description
We are seekingLab Project Services Managerto join Q2Solutions IQVIAs laboratory businessat Marietta GA.

Lead laboratory oversight for clinical trials and serve as the primary liaison to customers throughout the study lifecyclefrom setup through closeoutensuring high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction.
What youll be doing:
Manage end-to-end lab activities for assigned clinical trials acting as main customer contact post-award
Lead protocol and budget review project planning and study documentation preparation
Oversee study monitoring and coordinate communication across cross-functional teams
Track project milestones manage risks/issues and document lessons learned
Ensure quality database setup and study delivery in compliance with SOPs and regulations
Participate in investigator meetings audits and training sessions
Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution and customer feedback
Support continuous improvement and onboarding of new staff
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (or equivalent combination of education training and experience)
Minimum 2 years in clinical or research industry roles; 1 year of project management or study startup experience preferred
Familiarity with clinical trial phases and terminology
Knowledge of central laboratory operations and project management tools
Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Strong interpersonal customer service and leadership skills
Understanding of GCP regulatory requirements and lab processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant clinical systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
