Job Description

Responsibilities:
Act as an advocate for the customer simplify the technological experience by educating customers on the products and services theyve purchased
Sell customize the needs of every customer by selling the latest technology from Nest cameras and thermostats to Ring doorbells Polk soundbars and more cool personalized products while earning valuable incentives
Install/upgrade cutting edge technology relocate power place mounts satellite dishes televisions routers cameras receivers whole home connectivity technology and many more products/services
Qualifications:
High energy ability to multi-task
Able to make recommendations to enhance the customers viewing needs
Strong customer service skills; friendly knowledgeable with a strong work ethic
Able to work flexible schedules including weekends holidays and evenings
Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder lift over 70 lbs. at times crawl into small spaces work in all climates
Sales maintenance/repair cable military and/or customer service experience are a plus
