Job Description Summary
The Property & Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term maintenance of assigned properties. This role ensures that all facilities are operating efficiently safely and in compliance with lease obligations and company standards. The manager acts as the primary liaison between tenants landlords Alliance Partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of properties ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs including HVAC plumbing and electrical systems.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property-related expenses.
- Oversee facility management tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Coordinate with facility management vendors and contractors.
- Implement and monitor facility management policies and procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Alliance Partners and Landlords.
- Act as liaison between tenants and landlords to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
- Lead regular property management calls with Alliance Partners and Clients.
- Onboard new Alliance Partners and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Lease Administration on lease-related matters.
- Coordinate with WPS Vendor Management for utility-related concerns.
- Conduct Hurricane & Emergency Preparedness Surveys to ensure readiness.
- Issue notices to landlords as required.
- Manage the site survey program to assess property conditions and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with lease obligations including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and HVAC documentation.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $55250.00 - $65000.00
