Snack Bar Attendant Whitmans Late-night
Join our lively late-night snack bar team! Were seeking an energetic and customer-focused Snack Bar Attendant to provide exceptional service and delicious food to our campus starts at $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
This is 35 hours weekly 10-month academic position with the following scheduled hours: 6:30 pm - 2:00 am Saturday through Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off. Schedules are subject to change based on departmental needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and service including set-up and breakdown.
Perform cooking duties as required.
Provide excellent customer service.
Restock food items as needed.
Assist with inventory management.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Conduct daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
May be asked to work overtime and work schedules may vary to include weekends evenings and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge and ability to work on a grill.
Basic math skills.
Flexibility to handle varying schedules.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Capability to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
Professional demeanor in relating to customers and staff.
Kitchen experience preferred.
General knowledge of food service preferred.
