Job Description
- Build and maintain detailed financial and operational reports dashboards and charts for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze accounting data to track project costs margin trends and key performance metrics.
- Extract and manipulate data from CRM accounting and ERP systems to develop customized reporting solutions.
- Identify gaps in reporting processes and assist in implementing improvements through automation and workflow efficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams finance and executives to deliver timely and accurate reports that drive business performance.
- 24 years of professional experience in reporting accounting or financial analysis preferably within construction or trades-related industries.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUPs dashboards macros and charting.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience extracting and consolidating data from multiple systems such as CRMs ERPs and job cost platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets into clear concise summaries.
- Ability to commute daily to the Anna TX office.
- Experience with job costing project accounting or work-in-progress (WIP) reporting.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software such as Procore Sage Buildertrend or similar platforms.
