Your tasks
- Contacting existing customers with active insurance policies.
- Offering insurance renewals and additional coverage for household appliances.
- Providing detailed information on warranties policies and coverage terms.
- Managing customer databases and handling software tools efficiently.
Your profile
- Fluent in Portuguese
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service campaigns with sales preferably in outbound calls in the last 3 years.
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for results.
- A dynamic and resilient personality.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Adaptability to work under performance targets.
- Proactive energetic and persistent.
