Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Work Location:
Hybrid 1 day per week in office
Office Location: Windsor UK

Role Description:
The customer is scaling up their ongoing SAP to Salesforce Migration and CRM Transformation Program. As part of this initiative they are looking to onboard Salesforce Developers to support the transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work
- Assist solution architects with technical design and breaking down complex tasks
- Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tickets meeting acceptance criteria
- Conduct spikes/investigations into innovative technologies for future project viability
- Ensure teammates work meets code quality standards through reviews
- Coordinate with other teams for integrations ensuring alignment of tasks and APIs
- Work with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues
- Mentor junior team members providing assistance with tasks and problem-solving
Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- At least 5 years of Salesforce experience including both declarative and programmatic skills
- Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is an advantage especially:
- Omniscripts
- EPC
- Integration Procedures

- Use of Git or similar version control system
Person Specification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
