Job Description

RN/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Permanent Role
  • Location: Fort Worth TX 76104
  • Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM 07:00 AM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
  • Compensation: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality compassionate care to patients in the Cardiovascular ICU.
  • Monitor and manage life-sustaining equipment such as ventilators drips and invasive lines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment recovery and care plans.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions using critical care protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Required
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU/CVICU experience Required
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular disease processes and treatments
  • Exceptional critical thinking assessment and communication skills
Licensure & Certifications:
  • RN License-Valid and unencumbered license in the state of Texas (or compact state)-Required
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Certification-Required within 30 days of hire.
