Job Description
- Location: Fort Worth TX 76104
- Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM 07:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Deliver high-quality compassionate care to patients in the Cardiovascular ICU.
- Monitor and manage life-sustaining equipment such as ventilators drips and invasive lines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment recovery and care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions using critical care protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Required
- Minimum 1 year of ICU/CVICU experience Required
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular disease processes and treatments
- Exceptional critical thinking assessment and communication skills
- RN License-Valid and unencumbered license in the state of Texas (or compact state)-Required
- BLS-Basic Life Support Certification-Required within 30 days of hire.
