Job Description
- Location: Irving TX 75061
- Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM 07:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Deliver direct evidence-based nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs administer medications and manage life-support systems.
- Collaborate with neonatologists respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate and support families of neonates on care treatment plans and discharge preparation.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols safety standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
- Specialized field of study: Nursing.
- Active RN License in the state of Texas.
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)-required within 30 days of hire.
- Prior NICU nursing experience.
- Excellent communication critical thinking and teamwork skills.
