Job Description

RN/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Permanent Role
  • Location: Irving TX 75061
  • Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM 07:00 AM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
  • Compensation: Based on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct evidence-based nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
  • Monitor vital signs administer medications and manage life-support systems.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate and support families of neonates on care treatment plans and discharge preparation.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols safety standards and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Specialized field of study: Nursing.
  • Active RN License in the state of Texas.
  • BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)-required within 30 days of hire.
  • Prior NICU nursing experience.
  • Excellent communication critical thinking and teamwork skills.
