About:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations driving efficiency quality and safety across all production areas. This role is responsible for strategic planning team leadership continuous improvement and ensuring that operational goals align with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing from raw materials to final product.
- Lead production and maintenance teams to meet targets and quality standards.
- Develop and manage schedules resources and budgets to optimize output.
- Drive lean manufacturing and process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a high-performance culture through training delegation and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards; coordinate with external safety consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with company objectives.
- Manage inventory reduce waste and support SOP development and workforce planning.
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Business Industrial Management or related field.
- 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Expertise in production planning lean practices and ERP systems (M1 preferred).
