Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance training and compliance for all food production employees.
- Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
- Facilitate customer inspections of food production products services and facilities.
- Lead the recruitment process of food production employees providing training and orientation for new hires.
- Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

- Skilled in coaching problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Experience managing processes and performance effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or related studies in food science business food technology or operations management.
- 3-5 years of experience in food production operations management food technology or related fields.
- Working knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards.
- Previous bakery experience is highly desired.
