RN/Long-Term Care Permanent Role - Location: Temple TX 76502
- Shift: 12 HR Days 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
Essential Functions: - Perform comprehensive nursing assessments applying professional reasoning and clinical standards.
- Evaluate and validate nursing procedures for safety effectiveness and compliance with evidence-based standards.
- Incorporate research findings to drive improvements in patient care practices.
- Demonstrate caring practices that address both physical discomfort and emotional needs helping to promote healing and reduce unnecessary distress.
- Document and communicate care plans accurately and promptly.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other care team members to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
