Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage a combination of administrative financial and operational responsibilities. In this full-time remote role based in Tunisia you will work directly with company leadership supporting strategic initiatives and daily management in a dynamic multinational environment.
Tasks
- Manage the CEOs calendar meeting scheduling and follow-up coordination
- Handle client invoicing and payment tracking; follow up on outstanding accounts
- Maintain internal dashboards and reports on budgets expenses and financial KPIs
- Assist in financial planning internal reporting and data consolidation
- Organize international travel logistics including flight bookings and itineraries
- Manage document filing data entry and digital record-keeping
- Liaise with clients service providers and internal departments
- Coordinate operational and administrative support across teams and time zones
Requirements
Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- 25 years of experience in an administrative/financial support role
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in a remote or international organization
Preferred
- Excellent communication skills particularly in financial and executive contexts
- Strong attention to detail reliability and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace Excel Trello Slack Notion
- Business mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
