Tasks
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with team members and service partners to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment ensuring availability for immediate dispatch when needed.
- Assist in setting up and configuring devices for new employees ensuring they are ready to hit the ground running.
- Participate in global IT projects and rollouts providing support and expertise as required.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support with a focus on deskside assistance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
