Experience- 15 to 18 years
Location- Chennai
Automation AD for India
Implementation to train new folks
in managing service desk operations
in any of ITSM tools & automation tools
good knowledge on ITIL processes
to analyze the process gaps in SD and propose solutions
ServiceDesk using AI technologies
in showcasing transformation initiatives to customers on the service desk/ automation
area
application and infrastructure automation knowledge
related automation expertise.
