Experience: 7 years (Min. 3 years stability in current organization)

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Branch Managers to lead and grow our Branch Banking - CASA operations across key locations in Gujrat. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in banking and a stable track record.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking norms
Drive CASA acquisition and customer engagement
Lead branch team to achieve business targets
Build strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence
Ensure smooth audit and risk management at the branch
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of overall banking experience
At least 3 years of stability in the current organization
Proven track record in Branch Banking and CASA products
Strong leadership communication and people management skills
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
