- Pain mgmt (Chronic)

- Injections: Joint Trigger pts blocks epidural facet

- Ablations

- Interventional and Non-opioid cases

No of Exam Rooms: 4

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE

ACLS

Active CA Fluro
