About the Opportunity
Tivoli sWorld Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-driven Daily Manufacturing Planner. This position plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day production operations ensuring optimal scheduling communication and efficiency across manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage daily production schedules based on customer orders material availability and resource capacity
Coordinate with production engineering and supply chain departments to align workflow and meet targets
Monitor work-in-progress and identify potential delays or production bottlenecks
Track and report daily metrics related to output order fulfillment and downtime
Collaborate on process improvements that reduce waste and increase manufacturing efficiency
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications
1 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) and scheduling tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
Effective communication skills across departments
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and APICS CPIM certification is a plus
Work Environment & Schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift Occasional overtime/weekends
Location: On-site at a Roanoke-based manufacturing facility
Physical Requirements: Ability to walk through production areas as needed
