We are seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment Officer to join Splace BPO. The successful candidate will lead our recruitment efforts by sourcing screening and onboarding qualified candidates who align with our company values and client needs. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract quality candidates for various roles
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including posting job adverts screening resumes interviewing and reference checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards
- Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
- Promote Splace BPO s employer brand through social media and networking events
- Keep abreast of recruitment market trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably within the BPO industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is preferred
