The Open Research Americas team at Taylor & Francis are looking to expand its customer success team to work closely with our institutional partners to ensure ongoing success of our open research program to foster and grow our institutional relationships and to contribute to revenue growth across a range of Taylor & Francis products in the Americas.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make their mark in a new and expanding group and to build experience in rapidly developing business models. Reporting to a senior Open Research Relationship Manager in the Open Research team the role will focus on ensuring support for our expanding range of Open Research agreements. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Open Research business development team in the Americas support sales Account Managers as well as coordinating with product and marketing departments to generate account growth and deliver impact for our customers.
A data-driven mindset is a must. A strong academic publishing background and knowledge of open access would be a benefit. As a commercial support role it is a salary-based position with a bonus component connected to customer success.

Interview process:
