Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning execution and delivery of internal and client projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth coordination of project teams and workflows.
Responsibilities
Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate team efforts to meet deadlines
Monitor project progress and maintain up-to-date documentation
Prepare status reports meeting notes and presentations
Identify and resolve issues that may hinder project success
Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment
Support resource allocation and track project budgets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello or MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
