You will be responsible for generating leads presenting solutions to clients and closing sales while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent communication
Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
Collaborate with team members and sales managers to improve strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity (training provided)
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
