Job Description
This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone who loves creating content learning new skills and working in a supportive collaborative team. No advanced design experience is required well mentor you every step of the way!
Youll be our go-to for planning producing and publishing engaging short-form video and digital content that showcases MIMICOs products stories and people. Think quick-hit videos for TikTok and Reels eye-catching posts for Facebook LinkedIn and Instagram and creative support for our wider marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
- Manage our social channels (Facebook LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts)
- Develop a rolling content plan and post regularly
- Film and edit short-form videos and behind-the-scenes clips
- Create simple designs and assets using Canva
- Help support campaigns and events across digital touchpoints
- Review performance and report on whats working
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in social media or content creation
- Confidence with filming and editing short-form video
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with Canva (or similar tools)
- A team-player attitude and an eagerness to grow
Experience in B2B marketing construction or heavy equipment industries - or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite HubSpot Meta Ads or Google Analytics - would be an awesome plus.
