Get to Know the Role
We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to join our People Systems team. This is an individual contributor role focusing on creating delightful technology experiences for our Grabbers. You will work with internal stakeholders and technology teams to reshape how we deliver value championing an end-to-end internal platform product lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and adoption with a measurable impact on Grabber productivity and experience.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Drive a cultural shift within GTS towards a product mindset by promoting user-centricity value-driven prioritisation delivery and iterative development with People Operations (Pops).
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for Pops technological needs covering functional areas including Core Human Capital Management Talent and Performance Management and so on.
- Partner with Pops stakeholders to understand the teams you serve their strategic goals and operational priorities.
- Translate user insights into opportunities to remove friction improve Grabber productivity with an AI-first ethos and recommend solutions that address the business needs.
- Conduct research (interviews surveys immersions job-shadowing) both internally and externally to support recommendations.
- Collaborate with Pops stakeholders GTS and other cross-functional teams to execute on the product roadmap maintain a prioritised product backlog and deliver the most significant productivity improvements.
- Define and drive adoption engagement and efficiency metrics across the lifecycle of our People System products including automation success rates and AI efficacy scores to continuously iterate and improve the services we provide to our business
- Partner with Security Risk Procurement and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure all product rollouts meet compliance governance and data integrity requirements.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5 years of experience working on technologies in the People domain
- 3 years of product management experience in enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven optimisation in an enterprise environment.
- Fundamental understanding of automation technologies (Workato UiPath Knime etc.) and AI technologies (Gemini OpenAI etc.)
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders by translating strategic objectives into product initiatives with measurable success backed by strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
