Functional Specialist - WCA - Northern Ireland

What Youll be doing :

• Conduct telephone assessments and face-to-face functional assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions.
• Compile clear concise and factual medical reports - no treatment or diagnosis required.
• Collaborate with regional managers and administrators to meet service level agreements.
• Use IT systems to support clinical decision-making and report writing.
• Embrace ongoing feedback and professional development.

What Were Looking for :

• One years post-registration experience as a nurse (RMN RNLD RGN) occupational therapist physiotherapist paramedic or doctor
• Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC HCPC GMC) without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN
• Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
• A professional adaptable and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undergo BPSS security clearance.

Successful candidates will be required to successfully complete government baseline personnel security standard vetting. This is the recognised standard for the pre-employment screening of individuals with access to government asset
