Job Description
The Store Manager will be responsible for coaching encouraging and motivating his or her staff as well as acting as a motivator and a supportive leader to his or her team members. He/she will also ensure excellent customer services being provided and leverage each individuals strengths to maximize sales potential and well-being to achieve the stores goals.

- Experience in a management position;
- Sales experience and people management;
