Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our Procurement Team in based in Washington in the North East.
This role ensures that procurement activities align with budgetary goals quality standards and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Order placement
- Receipting orders
- Stock Management
- Liaising With Site Mangers/Suppliers
- Dealing with Internal and External Invoice Queries
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in procurement buying or supply chain-related roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the infrastructure sector
- Excel experience of utilities an advantage
