Associate Product Manager - Investment Platform (m/f/x)

Shape the future of Scalables new fully vertically integrated investment platform. Scalables Broker digital Wealth Management and Credit offerings are seamlessly integrated into a newly developed technology platform. 

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to own the intersection with Scalables existing and future product offerings. As the APM you will play a crucial role in developing our platform ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our clients. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the product development process from discovery to launch ensuring high-quality delivery of innovative solutions to challenging problems.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.
• Client Experience: Implement user-centric improvements across Scalables product offerings ensuring that our investment platform meets the evolving expectations of our clients.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams external partners and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate resources create timelines and manage dependencies across teams to ensure optimal delivery of products.
• Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning retrospectives and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications :

• Passion for technology finance and digital products
• Excellent University degree either ideally in Management Finance or (Business-) Engineering.
• Ideally first exposure to Product Management via Internships or relevant studies.
• Strong analytical thinking leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience - software engineer stakeholder or executive
• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
• Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story you can handle it
• Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
