Job Description

As aSenior Test Analyst specializing in Salesforce and Billings you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a large-scale finance Salesforce implementation. You will be responsible for leading the design execution and optimization of comprehensive test strategies across complex workflows system integrations and Salesforce customizations. 

In this role you will collaborate closely with developers business analysts and stakeholders while mentoring junior testers. Your proactive approach to identifying gaps improving test processes and staying aligned with platform updates will directly contribute to the delivery of high-performing business-aligned Salesforce solutions. 

As a Senior Test Analyst on the Salesforce implementation and Billings project you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans test cases and scripts aligned with business requirements and user stories. You will lead functional regression integration system and UAT testing activities ensuring thorough validation across platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will track and manage defects using tools like JIRA and perform API testing using Postman. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and continuous process improvement are key aspects of the role along with mentoring junior team members as needed.


Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience infunctional testingof large-scalesalesforce implementations
  • Prior experience working withSalesforce CRM platforms including customizations and integrations. 
  • Significant prior experience testing of complex billing systems 
  • Proficiency in designing and executingtest plans test cases and scriptsaligned with user and business requirements. 
  • Strong understanding ofSDLCSTLC anddefect lifecycle management. 
  • Experience withAPI testingtools likePostman. 
  • Working knowledge of tools such asJIRAZephyr SharePoint andConfluence. 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience inAgile/Scrum environmentswith active involvement in sprint cycles. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
