Job Description
Washes all areas throughout the property by performing the following duties.
- Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces
- Sprays sidewalks stairs grills pools or other areas as assigned with sprayer nozzle or immerses objects in washing and rinsing solutions to remove debris
- Dislodges debris from objects
- Pours specified quantity of soap or chemicals into water or other solutions
- Cleans sidewalks curbs roads and buildings
- Keep tools and equipment in good repair
- Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area
- Read plans instructions or specifications to determine work activities
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications :
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to regularly lift pull push and or/move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend stoop stand walk kneel crouch crawl climb stairs for up to eight (8) hour
