Management of local topics related to reporting people engagement on boarding training.
Monitor attrition records for GS/OSP-SP1
Standard Workplace setup for associates to work from office
Prepare and Moderate Leadership meeting and Monthly connects
Conduct Compliance dialogue session for entire team half yearly
Moderate service mindset training for GS world wide
Act as department ambassador to support GS/OR-IN with all the India level activities like town-hall roadshow newsletters etc.
Act as a service line champion ensure teams participation in the surveys
conducted by the HRX team & actions are planned and executed based on the survey results
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Experience :
3 to 5 years of experience.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Expert knowledge on instructional design principles
Expert knowledge in Moderating workshops
Proficient in deliver training through various method like in-person e-learning and blended approach
Proficient in coordinating with different service line leaders
