Title: Senior Software Engineer

Duties: Responsible for designing and developing critical business applications in the Next Generation and Core Products suite. Develop integration tests performance tests and scale tests utilizing technology from Microsoft AWS and open-source technology. Plan develop review automate and execute test cases. Participate in product and feature design with developers usability specialists user interface designers and product managers. Participate in functional reviews of specifications as well as in cross team and milestone testing activities. Diagnose track and manage quality issues to resolution. Scrub tickets by reproducing problems identifying regressions clarifying impact and filtering out duplication. Participate in and contribute to code reviews. Test environments when new builds are developed. Automate test cases and plans for validating features in a SaaS environment. Adhere to quality best practices throughout the product development life cycle.
Requirements: Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology or a closely related technical field plus three (3) years of experience as a Software Developer Software Engineer or related performing software development and designing technical solutions. Must have experience with following: architecting designing developing and implementing monitoring solutions to support software applications; applying knowledge of Core Java Multithreading concepts design patterns and software development methodologies including Agile and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for applications development; working with PL/SQL Unix Shell GitHub Jenkins JIRA Microsoft Azure pipeline for CI / CD Confluence and Jenkins; working with open source code and frameworks; and using build tools including GIT.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $180960 to $202750/yr depending on factors such as experience education level skills and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
