Job Description

Are you passionate about people learning and helping others grow Our Talent and Development Apprenticeship Programme is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to launch a rewarding career in Human Resources with a focus on Talent and Development in the commercial real estate sector.

This full-time 18-month programme blends real-world experience with structured training giving you the tools to build a long-term career in Talent Development (studying through an accredited apprenticeship business administration pathway). You will be part of a collaborative professional environment supporting the development of our people and contributing to projects that shape both our business and our culture.

Training & Development

Over the course of the programme you will gain hands-on experience in key areas of Talent and Development while working towards professional qualifications. From coordinating learning initiatives to supporting talent development strategies you will play a role in building our internal capabilities and future success.

You will benefit from:

  • Practical on-the-job learning within our HR and Talent & Development teams
  • Structured academic study through an accredited apprenticeship business administration pathway
  • Workshops training sessions and virtual learning to deepen your HR knowledge
  • Mentorship and support from experienced HR/Talent and Development professionals throughout your journey.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • A genuine interest in HR learning and organisational development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive curious mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Minimum of A-levels (or equivalent qualifications)

This role forms part of our 2025 Apprenticeship intake. Candidates must be available to begin the programme no later than September 2025.
