Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Time Office Executiveto manage attendance shift rosters leaves and other time-office-related functions at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and accurate payroll inputs statutory compliance and disciplined workforce attendance management. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee attendance records using biometric or punch systems
Manage shift schedules leave registers overtime tracking and late arrivals
Verify and validate attendance reports for payroll processing
Coordinate with HR and Accounts for timely salary inputs
Monitor contract/third-party workforce attendance and maintain proper documentation
Assist in managing statutory registers (ESI PF etc.) for compliance
Generate reports related to absenteeism overtime and shift performance
Ensure adherence to company rules and support disciplinary procedures related to attendance
Maintain employee entry-exit records and handle gate pass issuance
Support audits and inspections related to manpower and attendance.
Candidate Profile:
Education:Graduate in any discipline; diploma or training in HR/IR is a plus
Experience:25 years in Time Office function preferably in a plant or factory setup
Skills:
Hands-on experience with biometric/timekeeping systems
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/HRMS systems
Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping discipline
Ability to work in shifts if required
