Are you looking for the next step in your career At The Stable we are looking for a fired up and passionate person to lead our management team in Falmouth.
Ahoy. Weve moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouths beautiful Custom House Quay in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour there are views of the water from just about every table as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. We dont think were being big-headed when we say its one of the best spots in town for an alfresco drink and bite to eat but dont just take our word for it.
We make dough fresh each day top it with the best local ingredients and serve it along side a banging drinks list that is constantly evolving. We are obsessed about doing everything properly and dont believe in cutting corners if this sounds like something you could get on board with then we would love to hear from you.
As General Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own extra points if you like getting your hands dirty! This includes recruitment training stock management sales and labour forecasting cash management and all aspect of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.
