Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual Lead Cleaner/Supervisor to manage a committed team of 10 workers Ensure outstanding cleaning
operations And travel as needed with company-provided vehicle for work related task.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday (flexible hours may be required; Some Saturdays; travel as needed)Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission company car provided for work-related travelResponsibilities: Lead and manage a crew of 10 cleaning staff ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to schedules Oversee daily cleaning operations including assigning tasks and monitoring progress Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English and Spanish Conduct quality inspections to maintain company standards Handle basic administrative tasks such as reporting and timekeeping Travel to various job sites as required using a company-provided vehicle Train and mentor crew members to foster a positive and productive work environmentRequirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written communication) Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10 workers Willingness to travel for work with a valid drivers license Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Professional demeanor and customer service skillsTo Apply:Please respond to this posting to schedule an interview.
