Service Technician (Commercial HVAC )
Full Time
Southport IN
Compensation DOE: Up to $70K
A well-established manufacturer of industrial process cooling systems is seeking an experienced Service Technicianto join our Southport Indiana-based service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial HVAC or refrigeration with the ability to troubleshoot repair and support a wide range of mechanical systems both remotely and on-site.
What you will be doing as a Service Technician:
- Diagnose and repair industrial process heating and cooling systems
- Provide remote and in-person technical support
- Recommend and process parts orders for service needs
- Maintain accurate service records and customer interactions
- Travel up to 20% nationwide; occasional international trips possible
What you will need as a Service Technician:
- 2 years of commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience
- Knowledge of chillers cooling towers temperature control units and VFDs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain)
