DEPARTMENT: Maintenance and Facilities
SHIFT: 1st Shift Mon-Fri
SALARY RANGE: $95000 $110000 DOE

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and facilities team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring reliable performance of production equipment and facility systems through strong team management strategic planning and technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in electro-mechanical systems a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead mentor and manage a team of industrial maintenance technicians on a day-to-day basis
Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and guide repairs on electrical panels motors pumps HVAC and mechanical systems
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks and safety protocols
Collaborate with production engineering and EHS teams to support operations and minimize downtime
Coordinate equipment installations relocations and continuous improvement projects
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards including LOTO and PPE practices
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and work orders
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement in collaboration with purchasing
Track KPIs and report on equipment uptime maintenance backlog and technician performance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams in a high-mix manufacturing environment
Skilled in reading blueprints schematics and equipment manuals
Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance planning tools
Solid understanding of OSHA and industrial safety regulations
Forklift certification and welding/fabrication experience a plus
