Job Description
At Camden Homes LLC we are looking for a Leasing Specialist for Dallas.
Part of themain requirements and responsibilities for this position are but not limited to:
- Support marketing efforts/ use social media to generate leads.
- Customer service by responding to leads immediately and follow-up with clients.
- Contribute to maintain the Model home. Model homes should be clean and the subdivision has signs and looks attractive.
- Ability to present the builders product
- Enter information into Sales Force Buildium and Bluemoon
- Build rapport to determine what home to offer/ Gather the documentation required from Prospect
- Tour prospective residents in model homes and make appointments to view homes to lease the home
- Attend sales meetings ( Friday at 9am)
- KIT ( keep in touch) calls for future residents/clients on a weekly basis to communicate possible move-in dates or delays.
- Walk move ins prior to residents moving in to ensure that the homes are ready for move in and communicate if there are any deficiencies
- Outreach marketing to local businesses schools and interaction with local community events such as Chamber of Commerce
In order to fulfill the above responsibilities the candidate must have the below competencies:
- Minimum High School education
- Sales experience
- Leasing Consultant or Real Estate Agent experience
- Organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver team player and a high level of customer service skills.
- History of success
