Position Summary:
Spalding University is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Associate Director of Admissions to support the Director of Admissions in leading the daily operations of the admissions team. This position plays a key leadership role in managing recruitment activities overseeing team performance and ensuring the seamless execution of our admissions strategy to support institutional enrollment goals.
The Associate Director will supervise frontline admissions counselors and staff provide training and mentorship and partner across departments to deliver a student-centered experience from inquiry through enrollment. This role requires a hands-on leader who is results-driven tech-savvy and committed to advancing access and equity in higher education.
