Job Summary:
The Waiter position in Shangri-la Jeddah is more than the regular duties of greeting and serving the guests but dazzling and delighting the guests by creating memorable experience by living the Shangri-la Standards.
As a Waiter we rely on you to:
- Support the daily banquet operation and works closely with events team.
- Assist in weddings and Events.
- Handle business center reception.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Ensure the smooth banquet operation and maintains high quality service standards
- Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction
- Follow the Shangri-la Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth operations.
What were looking for
- Great conversational skills.
- Passion for Food & Beverage and ability to handle Event operations.
- Strong English skills.
- Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
- Is willing to work shifts.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter in 5 Star Hotels.
