Were on the lookout for a Senior People Experience Partner to lead and scale our approach to creating meaningful experiences for our distributed workforce. This is a strategic and hands-on role where youll embed remote-first practices design engaging in-person touchpoints and ensure every Mewser feels part of something bigger no matter where they are.
Youll be part of a passionate team focused on connection and belonging working closely with the wider People team strategy IT legal finance and leadership. With team members in Prague and London and a global reach youll shape the future of how we work gather and thrive remotely and together.
Design and operationalise our remote-first strategy embedding it across tools rituals events and offices
Lead on workplace strategy and lease management making data-informed decisions on leases closures and new spaces
Build frameworks for inclusive impactful off-sites and events that empower teams to connect and self-organise
Oversee budgets for global offices events and home office setups to balance experience with cost-effectiveness
Partner cross-functionally to embed remote-first practices across the entire employee journey
Manage the relationship with our travel provider to streamline employee experiences
Partner with ERGs Marketing social committee and our Community team to design an inclusive events framework which builds a sense of connection and empowers local teams to run their own initiatives.
Experience in a global fast-scaling organisation
A strategic mindset paired with a bias for actionyou can think big and deliver fast
Strong background in change management stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration
Comfort with data-informed decision-making including analysing engagement and feedback metrics
Excellent communicator who builds trust and drives alignment through storytelling
Background in people experience program management strategy ops or chief of staff roles
Creative problem-solver who sees complexity as an opportunity not a blocker
Familiarity with remote-first models the future of work and modern workplace tools
