established legal firm in Winchester for an experienced Conveyancing
Assistant to support their busy property department.
About the Role:
This position involves supporting fee earners with a caseload of primarily
residential conveyancing matters with some exposure to commercial
property transactions. The successful candidate will bring a strong
background in conveyancing and a proactive approach to supporting
complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the progression of residential property files from
instruction to completion
Drafting documents preparing contracts and conducting searches
Liaising with clients solicitors estate agents and other third parties
Managing and maintaining accurate case records
Supporting commercial conveyancing work where required
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years experience in a conveyancing support role
Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
Experience in commercial conveyancing is desirable but not essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
